Co-Founder and President

Manny is an expert in EVMS consulting with more than 20 years of experience in Department of Defense, Department of Energy, NASA and major construction project management. He has a technical background in custom tool development and database management — an uncommon asset in consulting. Manny lives in Portland, Oregon.

Jeffrey Chan

Co-Founder

Jeffrey has extensive EVMS knowledge and experience developed over nearly 30 years of work with Stanford University's SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, Applied Integration Management and the U.S. Department of Energy. He works helps organizations manage their projects using earned value management and leads Manta Ray’s training for Control Account Managers. Jeffrey lives in San Francisco, California.
