The Hammer Solutions: New Single Sign-on Feature

For over ten years, customers of The Hammer Solutions have evolved and grown with us, contributing important feedback that has shaped both the Drill-Down Analysis Tool and the Cost Estimation Tool. We’re always listening for what you want you want to see next, and we’re thrilled to announce a change that has been in the works since we launched The Hammer Solutions: Single Sign-on (SSO).

What is SSO for The Hammer Solutions?

Until now, users of The Hammer Solutions that subscribe to both the Drill-Down Analysis Tool and the Cost Estimation Tool have had to maintain separate logins for each platform. Now, we’re launching a single sign-on feature; one login gets you into everything Hammer.

Why the change?

We know maintaining two separate logins can be a hassle, as is having two separate access points. This also meant that account administrators had to manage two user lists, adding in busy work and taking up time. Consolidating to SSO means more time, better efficiency and less of a headache for everyone.

When will this feature be live?

SSO for The Hammer Solutions will be live on July 6.

How will I update my login info?

The next time you go to login, you’ll be redirected to a page to update your credentials. The process is similar to setting up a brand-new account; after logging in, you can choose one of your previous logins or create a new one.

Will there be any functionality changes?

SSO will not bring any functionality changes to the platforms aside from new login credentials. There is a new, single link for accessing the platforms, though your old links will redirect. The new access link can be found at: https://www.mrc-hammer.com

What if I only have one of the tools currently?

If you are currently use the Drill-Down Analysis Tool or the Cost Estimation Tool, but not both, you will still update your login credentials and use the new access link.

Can I upgrade my subscription to include both tools?

Yes! We would love to connect with you to discuss your options for adding on the Drill Down Analysis Tool or the Cost Estimation Tool. Please reach out here for more information.
